What Sets Us Apart

The Whole Person,
Always.

Our person-centered approach is built around six essential dimensions of a well-lived life: vitality, engagement, connection, identity, meaning, and security. We consider how a person feels physically, what keeps their mind engaged, who and what helps them feel connected, the routines and preferences that preserve their identity, what gives their days meaning, and the support needed to help them feel safe and secure.

By paying attention to the complete picture, we can recognize changes early, anticipate emerging needs, and address gaps before they become urgent. This proactive approach helps reduce avoidable crises while allowing each person to continue living a life that feels familiar, meaningful, and unmistakably their own.

Savahanna's Story

Dolce Began With a Simple Belief.

Families needed more than resources and recommendations. They needed someone who would truly walk beside them.

After more than a decade working throughout the senior care industry, I had the privilege of supporting older adults and their families alongside home care agencies, senior living communities, hospitals, and placement organizations.

Across every setting, I witnessed the same quiet struggle. Families were overwhelmed by decisions they had never expected to make. Adult children were carrying the emotional weight of caring for a parent while managing careers, children, and lives of their own. Older adults were being asked to adjust to changes without always feeling heard, understood, or included.

There were excellent professionals addressing individual needs, but families still needed someone who would slow down, listen carefully, notice what others might miss, and remain consistently involved as circumstances changed.

That realization became Dolce Vita Concierge.

I founded Dolce to offer families something more personal: a trusted relationship built on attentiveness, advocacy, consistency, and genuine care.

This is not transactional work to me. It is the privilege of learning who someone is, understanding what matters most to them, and helping their family feel less alone in carrying the responsibility.

As a Certified Dementia Practitioner, I bring professional experience and informed guidance to every relationship but just as importantly, I bring patience, curiosity, and heart. I remain deeply committed to continuing my education, expanding my credentials, and growing alongside an ever-evolving field so I can provide every client and family with the highest standard of support.

Dolce was created so that no family has to navigate aging without a knowledgeable and deeply invested partner beside them.

Questions & Answers

Your Questions,

Clarity is part of the care.

We provide personalized life management, care coordination, and family communication support for seniors and their families. Think of us as the organized, proactive, compassionate point person who makes sure nothing gets missed. Appointments are attended, bills are paid, care teams are in sync, and families stay informed. We're not caregivers, and we're not medical providers. We're the connective tissue that makes everything else work.
A caregiver provides hands-on physical assistance, including bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and companionship. That's essential work. Dolce Vita fills a different need: coordination, advocacy, life logistics, and family communication. Many of our clients have caregivers already. We work alongside them, not instead of them.
Geriatric care managers typically hold clinical licenses and conduct formal assessments. DVC is non-clinical. We don't assess, diagnose, or provide clinical recommendations. We provide the day-to-day life management and coordination that families need, with referrals to clinical professionals when those needs arise.
Seniors who want to maintain independence and need a trusted point of contact for life logistics. Adult children, especially those managing from a distance, who need someone reliable in the area. Families going through a health transition, recovery, or change in care needs.
Yes. Our services are available to seniors living independently, with family, in assisted living, memory care, or board and care environments.
Pricing is personalized to your situation. During our free discovery call, we'll discuss your needs and give you a clear picture of what support looks like and what it costs. No surprises, no pressure.
Yes. Every new inquiry begins with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call. No commitment required.
We primarily serve the San Francisco Bay Area, with a focus on Daly City, South San Francisco, San Francisco, and surrounding Peninsula communities.
We do our best to accommodate urgent needs. Please reach out directly by phone or email if your situation requires immediate support.
Yes. We coordinate the notarization of important documents including Durable Power of Attorney (DPOA), Healthcare Directives, Wills, and Trusts. We also connect families with appropriate licensed legal professionals when needed.
Concierge and life management services are generally private-pay and are not typically covered by Medicare or standard health insurance. Some long-term care insurance policies may provide partial reimbursement. We recommend checking with your insurance provider.
